Who can enter the promotion? 

Entry is only open to NT and QLD residents who are 18 years and over.

 

The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve purchased your XXXX but the website isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

 

What are you doing with my data? 

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though. 

 

How do I enter the promotion? 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 

  1. purchase any case of XXXX in one (1) transaction, to share, from any store displaying advertising for this Promotion (excluding online) ("Participating Venues"); and 
  2. visit https://www.xxxxringerswesternhat.com.au/, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, postcode, mobile and date of birth), upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.

 

What are the prizes? 

Prize 1: The prize is a ‘Ringers Western Frontier’ hat of the following specifications:

Burgundy internal satin lining;

  • Ringers Western internal sticker and stamping;
  • Leather sweatband;
  • Pure fur felt blend perforated ventilation: 10% beaver, 30% merino wool, 60% rabbit.
  • Dye: woodsmoke, black
  • Trim: self-band and buckle set
  • Crown: cattlemans
  • Brim: preshaped
  • Size Range (Metric): 55-62cm.

Prize 2: The prize is a $20 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. We will not give you notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. How many times can I enter the promotion? 

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

  1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
  2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; 
  3. maximum of ten (10) entries permitted per person throughout the entire Promotion; and

Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

 

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

The winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.

If your receipt and entry have been approved, you must confirm your shipping details via the supplied link in your email notification by 12pm, 15th December 2023.
